Richard S Meredith
Richard successfully auditioned for a full scholarship and completed a 3-year Musical Theatre course under the guidance of Trinity College London. Richard continued to further his training with London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) along with a multitude of other training courses. After completing Theatre school, he released a single in 2008 entitled “I Wanna Take Care of You.” Following his single release, Richard played one of the lead roles in the world premiere of “80’s Mania” at The Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham.
Richard has visited all avenues of the industry, gaining experience in all aspects. He has extensive commercial experience working regularly on programmes such as; Doctors, Casualty and Hustle. Richard toured Europe throughout 2009-2010 with the critically acclaimed “We Will Rock You,” playing the role of Brit. After this tour, he performed as lead vocalist in The Best of Musicals in France. His live performance experience has led him to grace the stages of the prestigious venues throughout London’s West End.
In 2011 after Richard’s successful touring, he invested in establishing a premises for his stage academy teaching both children and adults in all three disciplines; Singing, Acting and Dance – this marked the birth of RSM Stage Academy. The academy has gone from strength to strength, gaining performance credits at Sadler’s Wells Theatre, The Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesty’s Theatre, Indigo at The O2 in London, along with The Liverpool Empire Theatre and The Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham. RSM Stage Academy is soon to be performing on a Broadway Stage through Dance The World Broadway and in New York on Times Square.
Gaining CDMT Recognised School status, becoming a Trinity College London Centre and developing such a high standard has set RSM Stage Academy as one of the leading Performing Arts schools in the UK, as the recipient of Performing Arts School of the Year 2019 with the Birmingham Prestige Awards.
The beginning of 2016 saw RSM Stage Academy relocate and open its doors to the new state-of-the-art facility. Continuing to excel, the Academy has an ever-growing array of exciting opportunities available. Richard’s vision shall continue to develop, nurturing the confidence, personal development and outlook of all students whilst carrying them forward into a bright, prosperous future in the Performing Arts industry.
Richard’s exceptional experiences, skills and talent have come to be highly respected by professionals throughout the industry and he has been featured as a guest judge in many international competitions. Along with his professional work outside the academy, Richard has been busy in the recording studio working on new, original material under a new artist name Richard Stephen. 2020 saw the release of ‘Troubled Times’ which is now available on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Music and all major music platforms.

Drama Teacher and Performance Coach
Deborah studied at Loughborough University, graduating in 2001 with a B.A. Honours Degree in Drama and Theatre Arts. Since then she has performed with numerous theatre companies such as Deep Impact Theatre and Project 300. Debbie is currently a Trustee and board member for Maverick Theatre Company. She also worked as an Entertainer as part of a Dance Troupe. She is currently a writer/performer for the Birmingham based comedy group ‘In the Pelican’s Mouth’. Debbie also writes in her spare time.
Deborah has extensive teaching and directing experience and has been with RSM Stage Academy for over 6 years, teaching Drama and The Actors Workshop. She has worked as a Drama workshop leader for Great George’s Community Cultural Project and Maverick Youth Academy. Debbie has in the past, prepared students for LAMDA examinations in Acting, Speech and Communication and achieved exceptionally high results.
Deborah is currently teaching Drama in secondary and higher-level education, where she is excelling and producing work that is being used for television and theatre.

Drama Teacher and Film Creator
Joshua Griffiths is a professional Actor, Film Maker and Teacher. Joshua has been teaching Performing Arts for 3 years now, from being an assistant in Musical Theatre to covering classes across the UK in Film, TV, Musical Theatre and Drama.
Alongside his Teaching, Joshua has his own production company JJR FILMS. This has opened up so many opportunities within the industry. He has created many films over the last 5 years, ranging in different lengths and genres. Joshua has also featured in many live shows and plays across his career to date.
Joshua has released through his production company a horror sequel called Stay Inside 2, which has been featured in many film festivals. Another film which he is featured in is a short film called MIND, which was made to raise awareness of Mental Illness. This film promotes MIND the charity. It has also been selected for the Kalakari film festival, along with being recognised by the American Golden Pictures.
Joshua has written two feature films, a horror movie and a crime drama. These are currently being developed with Executive Producers and locations have been approved. Alongside this, Joshua has been commissioned to write a new film and he has been brought onto direct this feature.
Joshua has recently been featured in the film Yesterday, written by Richard Curtis and directed by Danny Boyle. During this shoot he got to meet them both including Ed Sheeran. Another one of his projects are filming an American Web Series called You’re Next which will be released in America and then over in the UK. Joshua brings a fresh and vibrant approach to his teaching, creating expressive and diverse lessons that will challenge each student at the academy.

Singing/Musical Theatre Teacher
& Children’s University Project Leader
Grace is a Vocal Tutor and Music Educator around the West Midlands.
Grace achieved a First Class B Music Degree with Honours from the University of Wolverhampton in Popular Music and performed at various venues such as The Jamhouse and The Robin 2 for her Dissertation projects.
She works with students of all ages in schools and local youth Theatres. Grace joins RSM with experience in Theatre and Popular music-based performances. Beginning her education at a young age, she performed as part of a school choir and a local youth choir at venues such as NIA, NEC & Symphony Hall.
Continuing her music education throughout primary school and secondary school, she joined local youth and adult Amateur Dramatics companies to gain her experiences in Musical Theatre before doing her degree.
Grace has performed across the UK, gaining many years of experiences from performances to becoming a lead Vocal Coach for many production companies. She continues her work now teaching instruments and vocals to a variety of school children as well as working with young people in local youth Theatres, to help them find the love of performing that she had from such a young age. Grace hopes to inspire younger generations to always follow their hearts and dreams in this industry we work and live in. Grace continues to develop the voices of the students at RSM Stage Academy and looks forward to future projects and exciting opportunities at the academy.

Dance Teacher, Project Leader & Choreographer
Tanya Anderson went to Sandwell College where she studied in a RSA Diploma in Variety entertainment, she has been a professional dancer since the age of 17 starting out as a Bluecoat at Pontins. She has been in the industry for many years performing at high profile music artist’s concerts, club nights, in music videos, at award shows and has performed in countries such as America, Kenya, Denmark and Dubai.
As a choreographer her cutting edge choreography has lead to her teaching master classes in France, Italy, Spain, Greece and Germany and regularly appears on the judging panel of nationwide music competition Open Mic UK and Teenstars. She has also been invited on the judging panel of Nottingham Trent and Northampton University Dance Competitions as well as being invited to Graduation showcases by Stella Mann College as an Industry agent. For 7 years she became the first and only lecturer in Btec Level 3 and HND Urban dance at Ignite Dance Centre based at Kidderminster College.
In 2009 Tanya founded Fierce Productionz, the all-female dance agency that supplies professional dancers and choreographers to the commercial and corporate industry. Fierce Productionz has represented dancers who have performed for Katy Perry, Pink, Whitney Houston and Pixie Lott and supplies dancers and choreography for Award Shows, Music Videos, Corporate Events, Festivals, Tours and Musical Theatre touring shows. In 2018 Tanya also founded Movement Stylez Dance Company, a community dance group of young people that perform at local events and compete at dance competitions. Tanya has been teaching at RSM Stage Academy for over 5 years and continues to train students to the highest level.

Tap and Ballet Teacher
Lisa Jane Jones
Lisa is a fully qualified dance teacher with the National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD) where she holds associate and membership qualifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance. She obtained these at the Theresa Kilroy Stage School based in Wolverhampton where she began dancing at the age of 5.
In 1999 whilst travelling around Canada, she joined Parksville Ballet School based in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada and studied Cicchetti Ballet, Tap and Jazz and even performed in their production of “The Wizard of Oz”. She has performed in many shows at theatres including Wolverhampton Grand Theatre and London’s Haymarket Theatre where she took part in Young Performers. Lisa has danced in a professional dance troupe and performed alongside Take That. She has performed in many Musicals and as a Cabaret dancer for an Elvis Presley Tribute Act. Lisa has also performed in a number of shows with RSM Stage Academy at the Arena Theatre and was part of their showcase in 2013 to raise money for Cancer Research UK at The Mill Theatre.
Her vast choreography and teaching experience includes:
- 2005 – Choreographer for Wolverhampton Young Music Theatre Company production of “Honk”.
- August 2007, August 2008 and August 2010 – Teaching a summer school at Telford Ice Rink for a group of ice dancers off the ice.
- 2008 – Worked with Sandwell Education Authority as part of the Triple S project which brought dance classes to children in years 4,5 and 6 in underprivileged schools.
- 2008 – Musical Theatre Teacher at the Pauline Quirke Academy in Brewood. Teaching children aged between 6 to 18 a range of Musical Theatre classes including Choreography, the children took part in 2 shows a year and her choreography was listed as “some of the best Choreography ever done at a PQA”.
- 2011 – Dance teacher at St Judes Junior School in Wolverhampton teaching year 1 and then a year later was back teaching an afterschool club to year 2 children.
- 2012 – 2015 – Worked as Dance Teacher/Choreographer at RSM Stage Academy and working with Richard at Aldersley High School in March 2014 as Choreographer for “We Will Rock You”.
- 2012 – Worked as Dance Teacher at Chase Grammar School in Cannock. Teaching students aged 3 to 16 a mixture of Ballet, Tap and Musical Theatre.
- 2015 – Taught Cheerleading to a group of Brownies in Wombourne.
- 2015, 2016, 2017 – Worked as Choreographer for KM Vocals for their annual showcases alongside Karla Milton.
- 2016 to 2020 – Worked as the Classical Dance Teacher at Amplify Performing Arts School in Aldridge teaching senior students aged 13 to 19 Ballet and Tap and getting them through IDTA exams and Choreographing their performances in a yearly showcase.
Lisa has been back at RSM Stage Academy for over 2 years now and is thoroughly enjoying her Tap and Ballet classes. Lisa has received great feedback for her work both in class and the showcases.

Contemporary Dance & Acro Teacher/ Early Years Leader
In 2019, Alishea graduated from the University of Derby, with a first-class BA Honours degree in Dance. Specialising in contemporary dance, she has extensive performance experience performing in pieces choreographed by artists including Joss Arnott and Alula Cyr, as well as starring in music videos for artists such as Li Laurent.
Alishea has been dancing since the age of seven where she took classes in modern, jazz, tap, and ballet, achieving Honours in her examinations. She became involved in performing arts from the age of eleven and as well as consistently being Dance Captain in Musicals such as Hairspray and Little Shop of Horrors, Alishea has also had main acting roles in films produced by Dialogue Media.
Passionate about media, Alishea also works within media. In 2016 she discovered her love for dance photography and videography by partaking in dance photography workshops organised by professional photographers, Paul Hill and Maria Falconer. She was also featured in their dance films. Alishea’s experience with dance videography inspired her to create her own dance film in her final year of university, which explored how choreography could be accentuated using different camera angles. It was graded first class. She has also produced promotional videos for arts companies such as Thespian Arts Theatre and leading television production company Temple Street Productions in Canada. She is also frequently given opportunities with the BBC and CBBC to create content and work with them, having been on live TV and featured on their social media platforms.
Alishea has been teaching students of all ages in Contemporary, Acrobatic Dance and Performance Skills for the past 2 years. She has choreographed for public events such as Pelsall Carnival and has had students entered in competitions where they have won numerous awards. Alishea is also choreographing for an amateur production of the musical Bugsy Malone in 2021.

Dance Teacher and Choreographer
Kalvin Lamey trained at Bodyworks Stage School in Cambridge and Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, London. Professional credits include: Thriller Live The Musical, backing dancer for The Sugababes, Steps, Kanye West, Tinchy Stryder, Duffy, Olly Murs, The Pussy Cat Dolls and Jedward to name a few. Kalvin was also a contestant on one of the first prime time dance shows, BBC1 Dance X, working with industry choreographers from across the world whilst being mentored by Strictly Come Dancing judges, Arlene Phillips and Bruno Tonioli. In 2010, Kalvin was a contestant on ITVs X Factor in boy band FYD with Simon Cowell as his mentor where he was successful in making it through to the live shows
Kalvin performs alongside London finest session players and most exciting upcoming singers ‘Salut’ performing for corporate events including: HSBC, BBC, Million Pound Weddings, travelling to Europe, Dubai and USA.
Kalvin has taught in schools across London and the Midlands for almost 10 years in a range of settings and for different projects. These include working with underprivileged children in primary schools to improve access to the arts and projects devised to improve fitness and tackle obesity in young people. Kalvin delivered assessed units on GCSE and BTEC Dance in secondary schools and colleges. Also working with local dance schools and Youth theatres to improve the life chances of their young people to give them professional experiences to support their career progression.
[Kalvin has had the opportunity to work with WBOS Youth (West Bromwich) as part of the creative team for their production of ‘Cats’, which won numerous awards including Best Production. Kalvin was also the choreographer for the UK Amateur Premiere of ‘Memphis The Musical’ in Wolverhampton which was attended by local leading lady Beverley Knight and received high praise from the critics.

Morgan trained at London Studio Centre graduating in 2013.
He teaches and choreographs on a regular basis for various dance schools and colleges around the UK.
Morgan is extremely diverse and versatile as a dancer, teacher and choreographer enabling him to deliver all styles of Dance.
Morgan will soon be performing as Double J and u/s Tony Manero in Saturday Night Fever for Royal Caribbean Cruises.
He most recently performed as Pouncival in Cats (Cyprus tour).
He also recently choreographed Aida Stars-Shine for Aida Cruises on the AIDANOVA ship.

Jon Ford Smith
As a performer Jon has appeared in many prestigious venues such as London's Coliseum Theatre, The O2 Arena and Theater Des Westens in Berlin. He has featured on TV shows such as Top of the Pops, The Late Late Show, RTL Chart Show and GMTV, also not to mention numerous award shows such as The Brit Awards and The Irish Music Awards. He has worked with artists such as Lily Allen, Alesha Dixon and Blazin' Squad and has performed in the German production of “We Will Rock You” in Cologne, Stuttgart and Berlin.
Since graduating from Performer’s College in 2006, Jon has worked all over the world.
His career has ranged from music videos to musical theatre, from TV shows to world arena tours. Along the way, Jon has been fortunate enough to work with and learn from some of the best creative minds in the business such as Phil Wm. McKinley, Bruno Tonioli, Liam Steel, Richie Jackson, Brian Rogers, Hakeem Onibudo, Chris Baldock, Rick Sordelet, Joacim Hedman, John Scott and Blanca Li.
Jon’s work as a choreographer has included music videos in Los Angeles, Berlin and Oslo, original shows for Color Line cruise ships, musicals such as Jason Robert Brown’s ‘Songs For A New World’ and corporate clients such as Sky, Esporta/Virgin Active, Diesel and Toyota among others.
He is also the founder and director of Alpha Elite Workshops, providing workshops of the highest quality across the U.K. and Europe

Travis D. Lee Kerry
Travis D.Lee Kerry was born and raised in the UK.
His professional career over these past few years has seen him throughout a variety of Stage, Screen and Print.
He is currently appearing in the smash hit American Musical HAMILTON! In the heart of London’s West End.
His other credits include - Aladdin The Musical Ensemble & U/S (West End), EVITA - Regents Park, Mamma Mia 2 Here We Go Again Film.
He doesn’t stop there as he has been working with brands in TV such as; Rexona (Sure), COCA-COLA and Amazon. Travis’s other credits stretch all the way across the globe, appearing in a Bollywood Movie – Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Travis regularly does a variety of modelling collaborations with brands include Topman, River Island, John Lewis, JD and more…
His focus in class is on dynamics & details with an eye for creativity. He believes you should never stop learning how to grow as an artist and performer. Take on a challenge and don’t stop until you get where you want to be.

Gaz has worked across the industry for many years as a dancer. His Commercial Credits include working with Joe McElderry, X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, Pixie Lott, Children In Need, Take That, Plan B, Brit Awards, Duffy, Popstar to Operastar, Lynx Commercial, Paul O'Grady Show, Mamma Mia (Film), London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony, The Voice, Kelly Clarkson, Olly Murs, Iceland Christmas Commercial and other credits.
Gaz has worked extensively in fashion shows which include Adidas, Reebok, Speedo, Wella, Britain’s Next Top Model and The Clothes Show Live (assistant choreographer). Also assistant choreographer for Gareth Walker on L’Oreal hair shows and assistant choreographer for Natricia Bernard.
His past experience in the West End on shows like Boogie Nights, Starlight Express, Never Forget and also cruise liners such as the Royal Caribbean combined with his commercial credits give his choreography depth and variety.
Gaz was delighted to be asked to guest teach at RSM Stage Academy and is looking forward to many more classes and workshops here at the academy.
Guest Choreographer and Dance Teacher
Graeme began his training at LIPA - The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, Paul McCartney’s Fame School. He furthered his training in Musical Theatre at Liverpool Theatre School where he graduated with a Distinction.
Graeme began working for Celebrity Cruise Lines new production company as Assistant Choreographer for their bi-annual auditions in London and is now the London Casting Coordinator for the company.
He also works as Choreographer for Pantomime productions within the UK. Graeme works in various distinguished full time dance and theatre schools across the UK, training aspiring students to succeed in show business.
During his time as a performer, Graeme was fortunate to travel the world on luxury cruise lines performing in first-class production shows. He worked for Costa Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Celebrity Cruises and the prestigious, world-famous company – Cunard Line.
Graeme was also fortunate to be a part of the celebrations for the Olympics London 2012.
